Founded in 2018 by Garth Hamilton, HHH Architects builds on two decades of leadership at South Africa’s largest architectural practice, where he spent his final years at the helm. During this time, he directed major projects across every sector of the country and into Africa, shaping a diverse portfolio of delivery. This experience established HHH Architects as a design practice—grounded in knowledge, refined through execution, and committed to architecture defined by clarity, scale, and purpose. At its core, lies a conviction that design and commercial imperatives are inseparable, yet never inevitable; their union must be chosen, understood, and enacted. It is in this deliberate alignment that design finds its strength, and architecture its true bearing.
